Happy Thanksgiving!
A quick post as I, along with everyone else in the USA, am preparing for the Thanksgiving holiday.
This majestic bird was wandering the grounds of Shirley Plantation, which is situated on the north bank of the James River near Charles City. It was strutting around as if it owned the place and fortunately for me was not in the least bit camera shy! Flash did though upset it so this shot is taken without.
